Vyoma AI Studios ("we", "us", "our") is an AI automation studio based in Arusha, Tanzania. We build n8n workflows, AI agents, and custom automations for businesses. You can reach us at vyomaaistudio@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the website and respond to enquiries:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, and the message you send us.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, and timestamp. These are stored on our VPS and used solely for security, debugging, and understanding traffic patterns.

We do not collect payment information, run advertising trackers, or sell your data to third parties.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry (contact form data)
  • To keep the site secure and diagnose errors (server logs)
  • To understand which pages are useful (aggregated traffic data)

4. How long we keep it

  • Server logs — 90 days, then deleted.
  • Contact form enquiries — kept for as long as the conversation is active, then deleted within 12 months.

5. Who has access

Only the founders of Vyoma AI Studios have access to the data above. We do not share it with employees, contractors, or third-party services except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may load assets from their servers:

  • Google Fonts / jsDelivr — for icon SVGs. These requests may log your IP per their own privacy policies.
  • Iconify Design API — for brand logos in the integrations section.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising network.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to how we process your data
